What is it?
The European Youth Card is a European programme managed by the EYCA (European Youth Card Association). EYCA is an association recognised by the Council of Europe.
The European Youth Card, in brief:
- valid for one year
- costs €10 (postage costs in mainland France included)
- for young people aged between 12 and 30
There are two versions of the European Youth Card
- The classic card, giving you access to 60,000 benefits related to the programme
- The student card, giving you access to the same benefits + related student services, depending on the institution

- 30% discount on live shows at La Villette, Paris
- 15% discount on books at a Strasbourg bookshop
